Baby Predictor

A baby-shower face game with a free printable drawing card

Play an imagined-baby drawing game with printable cards, simple host instructions, and an optional fictional AI portrait reveal.

Give each guest a blank card, a pencil, and a few minutes to imagine a baby with a playful expression, hairstyle, or outfit. Then share the drawings for a lighthearted reveal. There are no accurate predictions to score: every portrait is fictional.

This version of a baby-shower face game works without parent photos, an app, or an internet connection. An AI portrait can be an optional extra if the parents want one.

Download the free drawing card

Download the baby-shower face-game card (PDF). Print one copy per guest or team, using portrait orientation and “Fit to page.” The name, prompts, and caption fields can also be filled in with a compatible PDF reader before printing.

No sign-up or purchase is needed for the printable. It is an original Astrum Computing activity sheet for personal and party use.

Printable Imagine the baby card with hair, expression, and outfit prompts, a large drawing area, and a caption field

A blank drawing card for a fictional portrait. Use pencils, pens, or your own collage pieces.

What the host needs

  • One printed card per guest or team, plus a few spares.
  • Pencils, colored pens, or other drawing materials.
  • A timer and a place to display drawings, if participants agree.
  • Optional small prizes for creative categories.

Our suggested activity takes about 15–20 minutes: a short introduction, 5–10 minutes to draw, and a few minutes to share. Adjust the timing to your group; this is a suggested party format, not a requirement.

How to play

  1. Introduce the idea. Say: “Imagine a fictional baby character. Pick a hairstyle, expression, and outfit. There is no right answer.” Let people draw individually, work in pairs, or skip the activity.
  2. Hand out the cards. Names are optional. Guests can use a team name or leave the card anonymous.
  3. Draw for 5–10 minutes. A stick figure is welcome. Guests can use the three prompts at the top or invent a different imagined look.
  4. Add a caption. A short line such as “Already in charge of snack time” gives guests another way to join in without detailed drawing.
  5. Invite people to share. Ask before putting a drawing on display or photographing it. Let its creator decide whether to explain the idea.
  6. Celebrate creativity. If you use prizes, choose categories such as most imaginative outfit, funniest accessory, or kindest caption. Avoid judging which drawing looks most like a real future child.

The game can finish here. No generated image or “correct” answer is needed.

Add an optional AI portrait reveal

If the parents want a generated portrait, prepare it before the party so the activity does not depend on connectivity, app setup, or a live generation finishing on time.

Baby Predictor creates imagined baby portraits from one or two face photos. Its current App Store listing describes saving and sharing the generated result. The app requires installation; check its listing for compatibility and purchase details. The free printable does not include image generation.

For a reveal:

  1. Ask the people pictured whether they want their photos used and whether they agree to the resulting portrait being shown at the party.
  2. Read the app’s photo-processing and retention information before uploading. Use only photos supplied with permission.
  3. Generate a portrait in the app and save the result using the supported save or sharing controls.
  4. Introduce it as an AI-created fictional portrait, alongside the guests’ drawings. It is not the answer key for the game.
  5. Ask separately before sharing anyone’s photos, drawings, or the generated image beyond the agreed group.

Baby Predictor is an entertainment app. It cannot establish genetics, health, sex, or what a future child will actually look like. This party format is our suggested use of a saved image; it is not a built-in multiplayer, guest-voting, or event-hosting feature.

A version without photos

For a group that prefers not to use personal images, keep the game entirely on paper. Invite imaginary details such as a space helmet, a sleepy smile, or a favorite-colored outfit. Pair guests who want help drawing with someone who enjoys it, or let guests contribute only a caption.

If you wanted the different game where guests match childhood photos to adults, this printable is not that format. It is a creative drawing activity, with an optional fictional AI reveal.
